Detached house with garden and terrace at 1 km from Barentin and 15 km from Rouen. An ideal place for exploring both the hinterland and the Normandy coast. The bright, modern furnished house is quietly situated in a residential area on a beautifully landscaped plot of 3500 m2 with a pond and nice corners. The house of the owner is located on the same property, at a good distance. From the living room sliding doors on two sides give access to garden and terrace. In the garden at the rear you are free, without sight contact. Barentin is a lively town with all amenities, from where you can make numerous trips. First of all of course to the nearby city of Rouen with the imposing cathedral and the historic center with half-timbered houses and the Gros Horloge. If you follow the road along the river Seine in a westerly direction you will pass Jumièges with the impressive ruins of the abbey and the charming town of Caudebec and Caux. 17 km north of Barentin, near the charming village of Clères is a 13 ha large animal park with about 1500 different bird species. For a day at the coast you have plenty of options: the impressive falais coast at Etretat, the pleasant harbor town of Fécamp, the picturesque Honfleur, the lively Dieppe or the smaller seaside resorts of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Veules-les-Roses.
